My Approach

I bring over 20 years of experience working with men in individual and group settings, including behaviour change programs and accountability-focused work.

My approach is calm, direct, and respectful.
Men are supported to face difficult truths without humiliation and to develop the skills needed to act differently when it matters.

This work blends modern counselling frameworks with grounded practices that support nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and conscious choice.

  • Commitment to non-violence and safety

Where appropriate, referrals or additional supports may be recommended.

Ways Men Can Do This Work

This work is offered online in two formats, depending on what best supports accountability and growth.

Individual Coaching for Men

Individual coaching provides a private space for men to explore behaviour, responsibility, and change at their own pace.

This format supports:

  • Personal accountability

  • Deep reflection

  • Tailored guidance

  • Working through complex or sensitive material

Sessions are calm, direct, and focused on real-world change.

Men’s Group Work & Programs

Group work creates a powerful environment for change.

In men’s groups, participants are supported to:

  • Be witnessed by other men

  • Practice honest reflection

  • Receive respectful challenge

  • Build accountability through connection

The group becomes a place where men learn not just from the facilitator, but from each other — strengthening respect, trust, and responsibility.

Group programs are structured, facilitated, and held with clear boundaries and expectations.
