My Approach

My work is warm, grounded, and human.

With over 20 years of experience as a counsellor and holistic therapist, I bring both depth and practicality to the space. I work with cultural awareness and respect, meeting each person where they are without judgment or pressure.

Sessions blend modern counselling with mindfulness, breath awareness, and nature-informed practices — supporting both emotional clarity and nervous system regulation.

Clients are supported to move from their heads into their lived experience, building trust in themselves and their capacity to meet life as it unfolds.
